Gas Safety Inspections
Gas Safety Inspections are undertaken to ensure that there are no leaks of natural gas and/or Carbon Monoxide within your property. Such leaks could potentially be fatal and annual inspections are recommended to ensure your gas appliances are working safely.
We recommend annual Gas Safety checks for every property. However, by law there are some properties where this is a legal requirement. These include:

Once your assessment is complete you will receive a certificate of inspection detailing our findings and, if everything is ok, you will be able to sit back and relax knowing your appliances are safe. Should we find any problems, UKHS Plumbing and Heating are fully qualified to advise, and should you wish, undertake any work that may be required to make your appliances safe.
For no extra cost and for your peace of mind we will notify you when your next safety check is due. For landlords and businesses, we will take away the stress of organisation by dealing with your tenants/premises managers directly to organise our visits.
As a Gas Safe company we do recommend that all your Gas appliances are serviced alongside the Safety Check to keep them working at their best for longer.
